In-Office Procedures
- Colposcopy - Closer evaluation of the cervix with the aid of a stereoscope. Biopsies may be obtained at the same time.
- Intrauterine Device (IUD) Placement - Long term reversible contraception that acts as an alternative to permanent sterilization.
- Sonohysterography - Fluid is placed in the uterus through a thin tube while ultrasound images are made of the uterus.
- Amniocentesis - Fluid is taken from the amniotic sac with a needle under ultrasound guidance.

Minimally Invasive and Laparoscopic Surgery
- Laparoscopy - Either for diagnosis or treatment of underlying disorders such as endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, ovarian cysts/masses, and infertility. Also allows for sterilization if desired.
- Hysteroscopy- Allows for direct visualization of the uterine cavity for diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as heavy menstrual bleeding, intrauterine fibroids, and endometrial polyps.
- Endometrial Ablation - Done with heated fluid, the endometrial lining is removed from the uterus. Often serves as an alternative to removal of the uterus.
- Robotic Surgery using the da Vinci Surgical System for minimally invasive Hysterectomy, Myomectomy and Sacrocolpopexy for Pelvic relaxation.
- Sling Placement - Treatment of stress urinary incontinence (leaking with coughing, laughing, sneezing, etc.) by placement of a permanent support through the vagina.
- D&C - Traditional approach to temporary treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding unresponsive to medical management in addition to resolution of incomplete miscarriages resulting in heavy bleeding.
- Tubal Reanastomosis (tubal reversals)
Surgical Services
- Hysterectomy - removal of the uterus which may be performed vaginally, abdominally, or with the assistance of a laparoscope.
- Myomectomy - Removal of symptomatic uterine fibroids in women desiring future fertility.
- Ovarian Cystectomy - Removal of ovarian cysts, usually greater than 5cm, if unable to be removed laparoscopically.
- Pelvic Reconstruction - Treatment of uterine and vaginal wall prolapse including cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele.
